More and more I am playing and enjoying old and new "green" life style changes. As a trance channel I know it takes many people doing their part to create changes not only within ourselves but for the planet as a whole. This summer my husband made me a above ground garden so I can plant my veggies and fruits and enjoy watching them grow. Yesterday, I made yogurt and yogurt cheese for the first time. I like to knit plastic grocery bags into shopping bags, and recycle by creating cool things out of what I would normally throw away.

I am the author of "LOST PALLIES" which is available on Amazon and am currently working on a book about Death and After Death Communication .

My husband and I live fand travel full time in a beautiful old Greyhound bus conversion. We are finding ways to go "Green" in our spacious home on wheels. Rob is making me a portable "solar" food dehydrator and oven as my kitchen is run both on propane and electricity. I know in the not so distant future we will need to be self sufficient and located in a "safe" area as the recession continues to change lives. This is a time of discovering our strengths. As a psychic/medium I can help.

Seven years ago, I was introduced to some amazing herbs from the Amazon Rainforest. These herbs heal and balance mind body and soul, plus today, I have a residual income which allows me to live the life I choose. I love to travel and created the reality of that lifestyle with Amazon Herbs.

I have discovered a fun healthy addiction! Making yogurt is simple to create and if you live in a warm to hot climate you can "ferment" it in the sun! Here is the recipe I used which I found somewhere on the internet. Remember, the longer the yogurt sets up the tarter the taste.
